Azi's Tutoring Service

Using an innovative technology, your child and I meet for regular sessions in our Virtual Classroom, the platform that enables us to work together in a shared online workspace, where we can talk, discuss concepts, and work through practice problems, as if we would be in a face-to-face tutoring session. This platform has many capabilities: we can upload pictures, files, worksheets; there are charts, coordinates systems and equation producers for math; there are also various shapes, colors and highlighters to enable us to have an inteactive session, even more so than in an in-person session. I also use Skype for voice and video. This helps me engage my student in an ongoing dialogue just as we would if they were sitting together at your kitchen table.

 

Using this technology, both my student and I use our penpads to write on the whiteboard and interact on the board as well as having voice and video interactions on Skype. All the notes are available through the website 24/7. They also could be saved as PDF files for offline use. 

 

I also create an account for parents to monitor the trend and progress of sessions.

 

With all that said, I still offer a complimentary 30-minute Skype video conference introduction session to meet you and show you and your child how everything works. Only if you are happy with what you see, we proceed to schedule our official sessions. References are also available upon request.
